Education
Legal education grounded in first principles, from the highest source of lawful authority downward into practical application.
Approach
Our educational program is built on a layered foundation. We begin with first principles — the source of lawful authority, the nature of trust, the standing of the person — and work outward into the practical instruments through which those principles operate.
Subjects
- The nature of lawful authority and its sources.
- The structure of trust: settlor, trustee, beneficiary, and the duties between them.
- Equity and its maxims, and how they shape lawful outcomes.
- The estate of the person, and how it is held, conveyed, and protected.
- Practical instruments: deeds, notices, declarations, and the lawful use of writing.
Format
Educational material is delivered through written courses, recorded lessons, and live consultations with our consulting members. Students progress at their own pace. Access to course material is granted through membership.
Who It's For
Our courses are offered to members who wish to understand the structure of lawful order with seriousness. They are not introductions for the casually curious; they assume a reader who is willing to do the work.
